Jennifer, Obtaining your student numbers at the beginning of a class or semester is 'best practice' that can have an impact on your institutions ability to effect outcomes such as cohort default rates. If these numbers are turned in to the business office on a regular basis they will provide new information that will allow the school to get in touch with the students once they leave. Cindy Bryant
