Cheri, Welcome to the the forum. I once heard it said that it takes 10 satisfied customers (students) to undue the damages of one dissatisfied customer. Being proactive and forthcoming with complaint policies and processes helps minimize the damage BUT there will always be those that can not be satisfied. Cindy Bryant

Bobby, Welcome to the forum, training your admissions team is critical but before that can be effective you must hire the right people. Hiring needs to the be the front line effort in an employee carrying forth a companies value premise to its students. Cindy Bryant
