Darrell, Thanks for sharing how your campus handles the Do-Not-Call regulations. Cindy Bryant

Erica, This is the exact purpose of an exit interview, simply educating the student. As you peruse the comments you will notice that many people felt their exit interview was non-existent or inadequate. Cindy Bryant
Nikola, Many websites are difficult to maneuver, by taking the students through the features on the website you are lessening their possible frustration and increasing their knowledge. Cindy Bryant

Julie, You make several great points in your reply. The goal of every educational facility should be to enroll graduates, this means that the students need to be emotionally prepared for the work ahead. Cindy Bryant

Aaron, It is great that your students have you to ensure that their concerns are addressed and their needs are met. Cindy Bryant

David, Welcome to the forum! It sounds as if you have a solid strategy for avoiding misrepresentation. Understanding your institutions policies and procedures is the gateway to providing accurate information. Role playing solidifies what the employee has learned. Great response! Cindy Bryant

Wendy, If you misrepresent yourself or information to another person they will lose confidence in your ability to provide accurate information. In the end it will take twice as long to correct the information and in the meantime there may be many lost opportunities. Cindy Bryant

Alison, Do you see the FERPA, Career Placement, and Exit Interviews more important than any others? Cindy Bryant
Torria, Do you ever have a reason to contact a student that may be on the DNC list? If so, do consult the list regularly? Cindy Bryant
