Jeffery, Welcome to the forum. What methods would you suggest in order to train employees thoroughly? Cindy Bryant
Sara, To review your schools disclosures I would start in admissions. They are usually the ones that review information with the students. Cindy Bryant

Rosemary, Positive reinforcement is the greatest reward for most employees. Thanks for your post. Cindy Bryant
Anthony, This is the clearest separation of duties for any organization. Admissions (the person that signs the contracts) should not be involved with the pricing to avoid conflict of interest. Cindy Bryant
Ron, Student referrals are uncomfortable for many individuals. In the classroom your focus is on academia as well it should be. The best thing you can do is support the referral process by accommodating the activities that are designed to assist admissions with student referrals. Cindy Bryant
