Gwendolyn, Hi! Based on your conversations with the students-where do you believe the problem lies? Cindy Bryant
Michael, Hi! fostering a culture of compliance begins at the top. Taking steps such as compliance training places emphasis on maintaining compliance at all times. The initial outcome is happier more informed employees leading to happier students. Cindy Bryant
William, Hi! It is good practice due to the fact there may be several students that are under the age of 18. How do you handle the calling these students? What if their parents number is registered on the Do-Not-Call list? Cindy Bryant
Shana, Welcome to the forum. As long as the school has entered into to business contract (enrollment agreement) with the student you may feel free to contact the student. Once the contract is severed you may continue contact for 18 months. Cindy Bryant
Arron, Hi! In order to determine whether or not a phone number is registered you must go to the D-N-C website [https://www.donotcall.gov/confirm/conf.aspx] and input the number. You will then receive an email verifying whether or not the number is registered. Cindy Bryant
Ryan, Hi! Documentation is critical only when you need it-the problem is you never know when you may need it. Thanks for your comment. Cindy Bryant

Teri, Hi! I really support the idea of role playing during training. It enables the employees to have real life experiences. Cindy Bryant
Michael , Hi! This makes it so convenient for the students when the school covers all of their needs in relation to their education. Cindy Bryant
