Tom, Hi! I agree that education becomes the "front line." Admissions and education are definitely a team operation because admissions creates the expectation and then education must deliver meet or exceed those preset expectations. Admissions is unable to set the expectations with having product knowledge regarding the program. This is why it is so useful for everyone to understand the basic role of each department, especially when it comes to information. Cindy Bryant
