Helena, Conducting student exit interviews can be a valuable experience for any organization. Provided of course that the exit interview is done with proper planning and for the right reasons. Exits interviews allow the school to receive the necessary feedback and to allow the students better understanding of their federal loans. Cindy Bryant
Terrell, Many schools and colleges are moving in that direction as well. The E-readers make it much easier to keep up with edition changes and issuing new books. Cindy Bryant

Rebecca, Asking a fellow co-worker or having a mentor that is more familiar with the policies and procedures is a great way to ensure that new employees feel comfortable asking and answering questions. It is important to be aware that many times information can be lost in translation. Cindy Bryant
Kimberly, It is good to have a comprehensive database that can capture critical information to help schools remain in compliance. Cindy Bryant
Kimberly, Sometimes going back to the basics of the golden rule of 'please' and 'thank you' are enough. Thanks for sharing. Cindy Bryant
Megan, Anytime an organization can come together as a team they become stronger simply from the standpoint that a team shares the same mission and values and there is less confusion in presenting the overall goals of the organization. If everyone is consistently sharing the same message then it is much easier to move forward and create an even greater organization. Cindy Bryant

Larry, The instructors are the first line of defense when a student becomes dissatisfied. They have the ability to resolve the issue or assist the students with a resolution. Having a person in the evening to work with the students is added bonus. Cindy Bryant
Kayle, Providing materials on the first day of class accomplishes the need for adequately preparing for the course. FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Sometimes schools provide materials prior to the class start which may place undue stress on the student to study prior to the course. This also may intimidate the students who have not had the opportunity to study before the first day which could lead to retention. Cindy Bryant

Helena, Many times we assume no news means something is brewing behind the scenes. In the case of career schools we need to be spotlighted for the good that we do. Cindy Bryant
