Lisa, No one likes having a customer complaint. After all, all of us who work in the industry want to please our students. We want them happy with our expertise and their education. We want them to keep working towards their goal, encouraging their friends and family to seek an education too. Sometimes resolving a complaint is as easy as listening and saying we are sorry. Failing to address the complaint can create a situation where a dissatisfied student begins to spread negativity, just as you have pointed out. Cindy Bryant

Fred, You make a strong point that the students have been the victims. They have been victimized through unethical practices or individual actions that have led to a school's demise. This has left students/individuals without recourse and who knows if the student will ever take a chance on pursuing their education again. Cindy Bryant
