Xavier, Welcome to the forum. Respect is an attribute that manifests itself through the how we treat others. Everyone deserves some level of respect whether they are students, employees or a art of management. When respect is absent chaos can occur which may perpetuate itself silently, through whispers or openly through verbal outbursts. Thank you for your post. Cindy Bryant
Rodney, Hi! You are right, when students are making inquiries it is always best to clarify their intent. Clarification is just one component in a suite of listening skills. Cindy Bryant
Robin, Many of your peers feel the same way, Program Integrity will not have an impact on what they are currently doing therefore retention will remain static or slightly improved. Cindy Bryant

Christopher, Hi! Thanks for sharing a great method of having the students review their academic history. Cindy Bryant
Darion, It is easy to assume that admissions is the only department that deals with consumer disclosures, however the disclosure information is gathered from multiple departments throughout the campus. I always encourage all employees to fully understand their campus' disclosures. Cindy Bryant
Vanessa, Thank you for sharing what occurs in loan management. It can be quite "tricky" dealing with student over the phone, it is good to know that you have several safe-guards in place. Cindy Bryant
Randal, Many schools take a decentralized approach, however some schools are much more comfortable centralizing training and disclosures. In you experience which has been more effective? Cindy Bryant

Christopher, Hi! You raise a very good point in your post. An individual could easily misconstrue that the school is there as a representative of the agency. Cindy Bryant
Jonah, In your opinion why should admissions and financial aid remain separate? Would you mind reciting an example? Cindy Bryant

Susan, The catalog contains the overall policies and procedures that a student needs to know upon entrance and throughout their academic career. The more that a campus can do to utilize the catalogs information the more the students will understand it's importance. Cindy Bryant
