Nicole, You are able to do give a bonus to everyone across the board as long as it is not directly or indirectly related to starts. For example, a Christmas Bonus is fine while a bonus based on the profitability of the company is indirectly related to starts and would not be acceptable. Cindy Bryant

Jessica, I agree with your response, allow me to recommend that while you are looking into a question that you provide the student a deadline for your response and that you redirect them to the catalog to seek the answer on their own. This allows them better a understanding of the policies and procedures within the catalog. Cindy Bryant
