Organization matters.  Most of the emails you get is where can I find.... when you ask them to post something.  Make it intuitive.

I found it interesting that they referred to authentic learning.  I am not sure with COVID how many students are actually producing authentic learning.  Many students are retaking courses and reusing old papers or papers bought off the internet.  Almost every exam can be purchansed online.  How do we maintain authentic learning without changing our tests and questions?

At the University of Phoenix, we were an asynchronous classroom where adult learners could learn at their own pace in their own time zones without borders.  Some classes were also offered synchronously at Phoenix so that course directors could evaluate the effectiveness and progress each of us were making towards completion of our MSN and EDD degrees.  I don't think one or the other is the answer, both work to meet the needs of all learner types.  The more independant learner can thrive in the completely synchronous environment.

Not all technology will solve all the problems.  Each type of technology should be explored to how best to include it in the course.
