I learned the  10/20 30 rule to a power point presentation 

i have learned that somtimes we need to  take a step back and observe the students. I have aslo learned the different type of teaching and i still need to figure  out what my teaching style is. i need build on myself and create my style of learning that  will benifit students. 

Being over prepared is good. Slow down  explain and don't give to much information  because it can be to much at the same time. 

Learning to do the right thing if a student  is disruptive  could be challenging but  will pay of if things get better. 

I learn that  every student has a certain  role in class.  Learning to understand  each student  will help better my teaching skills 

It is important to have a good syllabus l,to avoid any miscommunication.

Different testing strategies can help us determine  what our students have learned

CATS, is a great learning tool that can provide information on how well the students  is learning 

Teaching comes in different forms it is important to know what will work for each student every students will learn different as you teach you will also grow be able to teach in different forms for every students which will make you better

Motivation can either build your student or it can even brake them so its important to  keep the right Motivation  going.
