I now see the similarities of students and there interactions with their instructor are alike in the traditional classroom and online learning.

As an online instructor I should make discussions open and try to keep them active to allow the students to help each other bounce thought processes and ideas off each other.

Doing Biographys are things that I complete in my traditional class at the beginning of each year.

I have learned that technological service is just as important as the instructional service.
