Technology in CTE is extrtemely important.

Having a plan,map and scope to maximize the teaching process and make sure that the students are able to master the skills.

Engagement and formative assessment are needed in order to monitor and mesure progress.

The most important part to teach is planning, but not always, sometimes you have to be able to change your methods.

I have learned that anyone can have learning disabilities, no matter if you are intelligent.
