Besides surrounding each negative people with positive ones, what else can we do? Is there a visual way that we can get students to develop a positive attitude?
Why is it so important to instill a positive attitude in your class? A recent study showed that happiness allows for better learing outcomes. Do you agree?
Do you think its wise to enroll a student if they financially shouldn't be in school? At what point do we advise them to work for a while?

Attention = retention Often time’s students don’t want to reveal personal parts of their lives. How do we give students attention in a way that doesn’t infringe on their personal lives? Please list 3 examples.

Often times adult learners are motivated to learn based on internal rewards. What exercises can we do to learn about these rewards? Then how can we use this knowledge to make us better instructors.
Over the past years I have worked with many students with disabilities. My main focus is to help them with a variety of learning methods. Often times these methods will include memory association, written and verbal guidelines, and overall sympathy to there needs. What methods have you used?

What do you think is the best way to connect with new students? I believe in learning their name as soon as possible. This shows that I care about them and their success.

I always try and grade students work and hand it back to them immediately. I find that they know the class will be better engaged and understand errors they have made. Is it ever acceptable to not return grades immediately?
I have found that there are many ways to get students involved in classroom learning. The areas I focus on are using all of the different learning styles. What methods do you find best to achieve active student learning?
An important part of releating to students involves learning their names. What other areas in the classroom can we relate to our students?
