As part of my job, I think it is important to know what other schools graduation and employment rates are. I was extremely surprised to see that one of the largest state colleges only graduates 2-3 students per year! I just recently switched from teaching to outreach coordinator. I leave the school every day wondering if I made the right decision. I enjoy teaching, but wanted something new and different. I enjoy talking with people and visiting the schools, but I am slowly realizing it’s turning into a sales position.
