Transfer policies must be clearly notified to the prospect. On the other hand, obtaining updated information on changes is a commitment of the upper and middle management, since they have the responsibility to share the information for the benefit of all the components of the company.
The module leads us to reflect on knowing the organization chart, service offices and their functions. In turn, recognize what are the marketing efforts that are being executed, to be aligned with sales strategies.
The information obtained in this module leads me to introspect about the impact of my work on admissions to the other service areas or to the student. Finally, it is a team effort.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
