It's great to be able to fully understand everything that actually goes into creating an online course. Instructors goals and duties, as well as whats expected of the students

It's just as important to fully understand and to convey the responsibilities as the instructor.

Communication is key... if there is lack of or none at all students and the instructor will fail. That is why as an instructor we must allow both asynchronous and synchronous teaching methods to be used in certain cases.

During this Moduale I have leanered that there are many differnt technology tools that can be used, but no matter what kind of instructor you are and no matter what kind of technogoly tool you use for your students you might need to change your approch to cater to all.
