This module is very important to the learning process of our students. It is human nature to need to be motivated and reinforcement.  We never know what our students may be dealing with in their outside lives and finding the appropriate balance can sometime be challenging. 

I like REFOCUS which allows the teacher and students reflects on their achievements and refocus on their goals.

I love the idea of being human and relatable to the students and have light-hearted moments to help keep them engaged.

I like the idea of discussing career goal, so I can better understand the students and their needs.

I intend to make my lecture more interactive and break it up into 15 min blocks.

The idea about the index card was a great one to get to know your students names and a little bit about them rather than just having them verbally do it.

Make sure I have a well laid out syllabus ad cover it with the students, so they know the expectations and course requirements expected from them.
