This section gave great information on how to help students develop critical thinking and problem solving skills. 

Keeping the flow of the classroom open and encourage questions can be a great learning technique. 

Make sure students work as a team can help to pair different learning styles together to achieve and complete a project. Better work performance.

It is best to be both an intrinsic and extrinsic motivator depending on the end goal. 

Allow students to make a choice to help them feel in control of their learning. 

Soft skills are important 

It is important to interact with student on a positive level

Staff must have a caring attitude in order to have successful students. Staff must understand that student do have outside lives and must be good listeners in order to connect with the students and offer the correct amount of help.

Be a listener who is not distracted. Avoid being a combative listener.
