I learned about scaffolding and the importance of communication and an online community. 

I would say that I have learned that structure is very important for ease of student access, especially in finding material needed to be successful in course. 

In this module I learned a lot about motivation and reinforcing students based on their individual needs.

This is the first I heard of REFOCUS tool. Variety keeps students engaged.

For retention, the classroom environment needs to feel safe and encouraging. It is also important as the instructor to show enthusiasm for their course.

I think a main point is that students come from various backgrounds and hold various reasons and motivations for continuing their education. Getting to know motivations and circumstances of your students can help retain students as they are assisted by their instructors.

Based on what I learned, I shall try my best to accommodate all my students and their varying learning styles by varying my teaching style.

It is important for you to get to know your students and it will make class more comfortable and enjoyable.

Planning and Preparation is an important part of instruction to ensure organization and ensure that all topics are covered.

Model manage motivate. I plan to constantly learn to be better and lead bu example as I practice professionalism.
