Use your words carefully. If you make a mistake, make sure you get help and fix it with the student. Its are responsability to be up to par with all regulations. 

Each department plays a roll in the students success. Let the student recieve all the information they need to make sure this is the right place for their goals. 

Make sure your giving the right information. check if your not sure. MAke sure credits are able to transfer before saying yes. HAve integruty when talking about all topics. 

Make sure you learn all you can. At the same time make sure you accurate when giving students and family information. Information can change so stay up to par with training and information. Compliance is everything.  

It's super important to follow regulations. You can not get incentives for enrolling or helping anyone. It seems like there has been a lot of fraud in the past. I'm glad they have put  these laws and regulations, so students get what their looking for.

 I learned there are steps in place to make sure things are handled right for our military. This is new to me. 

Make sure when talking to students that you are always telling the truth.  There is no reason to lie or falsify any information about the school, programs or anything.  There are measures in place if you do. Being truthful is the best policy. If you dont know thw answer, just say let me find out for you. 

It's important to be truthful and uphold all state and federal laws. There are consequences when miss repersenting students, faculity and staff. Making mistakes can cost the school money, creditations as well as your job.  You can misrepresent in person, emails and telephone calls. Make sure if asked to DNC, that you respect their wishes in a timley fashion.
