I thought the was much gained. I work so much without any down time that i will have to schedule time to clean out files etc. I am sure it will provide a more peaceful environment for me. However, i was glad to learn if I work well with piles on my desk it is OK!

Handling Stress

I enjoyed this lesson. I found the comment that your employer and studnets are not in control of your time to be interesting. Often times I feel they interfere with my personal time. I am working on that. This is a good reminder that I am in control.

ED102 Index Card input from Students-good idea

I like the idea about feedback from students. Another idea is having them write questions or comments about the content on a sticky note and pasting it up in a classroom to use for review.
