It is important to have an employee take an assessment and keep notes throughout the year on positives and negative performance.

It is important to revise courses that you are teaching.  This will ensure they are current and best for student learning.

Feedback needs to be given quickly to show online support.  It is a great way to give students guidance and control if they miss the mark to correct quickly.

Templates are great and communication is so important in online classes.

I strongly agree with being organized for yourself and the students.  Also having support is critical for success.

It is a great idea to have a peer review of my courses.

Giving students feedback helps them grow with the content provided and rubrics help with the student knowing expectations for getting the A!

The website tools available to use were helpful in allowing for different types of learning 

Working with students in chunking data is valuable.  I also like the consistency of courses.

I like how it gave tips on how to handle people who talk over others and command the meeting times
