It is a great idea to have a peer review of my courses.

Giving students feedback helps them grow with the content provided and rubrics help with the student knowing expectations for getting the A!

The website tools available to use were helpful in allowing for different types of learning 

Working with students in chunking data is valuable.  I also like the consistency of courses.

I like how it gave tips on how to handle people who talk over others and command the meeting times

This training is useful and will be used to manage upward with my two bosses.  It also helped me understand my position as a leader and where I excel and need to work on my leadership skills.  I learned how to stop and assess when my managers are overwhelmed and how I can help along with the power and tools to say no when I am overwhelmed and learning how to express that I need help.

The six steps for conducting a performance appraisal meeting was helpful to be consistent with the process of evaluating staff.  I liked the dialog they suggest to ease the nerves of both parties involved.
