I am going to ask all of my instructors to take this course!  I could identify them in this course and feel it will really help them in a positive way!

We need to be be motivated in order to motivate our students!  Trusting your team to do their part and providing positive feedback helps in motivation.

I learned a lot about my own style of leadership and how to make changes that will benefit my group!

Recently completed ED311 and I found some activities useful but others very childish and immature for adult learners.  I will use the ones I liked but some were over the top stupid; like the CPR activitiy.
