I’ve learned how important it is for both myself and the students to get to know more about each other in order to develop trust between us and to feel confident that I have the qualifications to teach them the information.

I’ve learned that as an Instructor, I heed to be knowledgeable in navigating the platform so that I am able to effectively convey the information to the students. 

I've learned that critical thinking skills are essential in analyzing data to make critical decisions and that it is a necessary skill to be successful in any career.
