Instructors must be ready to give quick feedback to students in a positive and encouraging way during the course of a class to continue to motivate students to have a successful learning outcome.  Instructors must be able to energize the students and give relevancy to what they are teaching in order to increase the retention of their students.

This module gave me many ways that I can engage and motivate my students and keep me on the same track so to keep momentum of learning going forward throughout the year.  The instructor plays an important role by being positive, energetic and motivated toward bring strategies in his/her instruction to fuel the learning success to all students.

This portion help me understand how important checking in on students at beginning of a class will geer the learning environment and motivations of my students and for the teacher to be aware of each students learning ability that day.

Knowing each of your students early is a powerful tool to motivate and help student succeed.  To acoomplish this early on a Survey for each student that may ask general questions, experience, reason for class, background, how get to school, do you work etc may be a starting point for the instructor to understand the dynamics of each class and allow the instrutor to make his/her adjustments on the planning and management and research if necessary for further resources for each classroom.

There are many ways an instructor can support and reassure students that you are availble for them during their learning experience. Remembering to be consistent,  mediate frequent positive, constructive feedbacks and interactions in different ways mentioned will keep students engaged and help build those relationships.

Teachers not familar with online technology will have to spend many webinar hours navigating all the need to knows on platform school will provide and than learn how to incorporate material created that is not available in the platform that is essential for a course not listed in thier courses. I hope that there will be time given for this endeavour.

Like all good lessons, require much time to prepare and carefully understand what key ideas the instructor wants the student to learn and understand and more importantly the instructor must be sure that the student has all the background information in order to use the new ideas that will be presented to successful comprehend the content as the course progresses in the course,  The challenge for myself is to learn these platform and navigate between them online.

I am new to elearning and found it interesting that all the activities that may occur inclass can be completed online through various platforms that allow students to receive instruction and use various ways to ask questions and recieve answers as their learning process progresses in the course. I need to learn how to navigate these platforms.
