Keeping things light in the beginning will take the edge off for the students and the teacher. Learning in an acceptable environment helps students thrive and succeed. 

I feel that is is very important to know if the student is an intrinsic or extrinsic learner. This will help teachers to know how to help student best achieve their best outcomes.

Varying my teaching styles to reach many students at their level. Practice my demonstrations beforehand. 

I will definitely do demonstrations beforehand so I am sure of what I am doing to teach the class. I love PowerPoints and how they are good resource for teaching. I would also vary my teaching style to reach as many students as possible.

Meeting people for the first time can be very scary even for teachers. I would be very keen on making everyone comfortable, and that we are all learning together. Most people have many things in common, we just have to realize that everyone has to be patient with each other. I love the idea of a pretest. That give a great idea of what test will be like and the knowledge base of what needs to be studied more.

i am a person that hates to be late. therefore, i willl continue to be on time because this helps me to not have anxiety. i believe this will help to develop and shape students to learn the importance of punctuality. i will definitely use my resources such as a syllabus to help the students to get where they are trying to go.

soft skill, enthusiasm, be a good motivator to boost confidence, and be a manager over my students to drive structure and organization.
