I learned that in order for students to be motivated, you must have a positive attitude and be motivated in your teaching as well, and through that approach it can rub off on the students outlooks. Looking forward to focusing on this in the future. 

I think it is important to remember how your verbal and nonverbal communication can affect the students. Often you don't think about the nonverbal communication, so I will focus more on that in the future. 

Through this module, I learned just how important it is to build relationships with your students. I feel like especially with many courses being taught online, this is even more important so that the students feel like they are cared for and supported. 

I found it interesting that this module really broke down the different challenges that students face, and how we can help respond to those in a way that is supportive and understanding. It helped give me a new perspective on this issue that I can use in the future.
