I have learned that students have the right to know about the institution transfer credit process.

I have learned that advertising methods are not required but useful in recruting new students.

I have learned that an admissions advisor needs to be aware of the prospective student qualifications. I also need to create a checklist to make sure all documents are collected for review.

I have learned that being admission advisor is an integral part of the school administration. I am most likely, the first person  prospective students will meet. Therefore, I must be up to date and thourough with any information I give to a student.
