I feel very much the same. I feel I have excellent soft skills but often feel takened advantage of by students in the classroom setting. i feel they look at me as to soft. Often I have to work on my emotions because their lack of respect is very stressful. It is when I demonstrate my frustrations that they seem to emporally, shape up.
