Activity

I tend to lead by inspiration, influence, motivating, coaching and holding people accountable for results.

The leadership job in k-12 and higher education is challenging and requires a holistic understanding of the students needs to lead effectively.

The majority of my time is spent in leadership activities and developing managers.   

Leadership includes influencing others to achieve goals and that followership is important. 

I've learned that management skills are different than leadership skills and that there are many myths about managers.
