I couldn't agree more. Every day I do 30-45 min of QiGong which most definately gets you in touch with your body, its posture and structure. Being aware of clenched hands, rate of breath, depth of breath, how one is moving about on the earth are also ways to pay attention to the body. Laying down and deep breathing for a few minutes and then reaching a point of what is called embryonic breathing....slow and almost inperceptable creates a deep relaxation.
