I need to work on my questioning of students. I believe I do ask a lot of closed questions but Need to follow up more with "why"

This was hard! I understand intrinsic and extrinsic. But separating the two and than "could be both"...

I can say I honestly do not do too much extrinsic motivational activities. But, now said I can think about the opportunities to promote or instill intrinsic learning.  

Really got a lot fromthis module. 

Security making the class room a safe environment for learning, discussing and sharing 

Autonomity enhancing this in the classroom.

I am looking to incorporate a Trillo board for the concept map! For a quiz I am considering offering 30 questions and they must answer 25 for credit. 

 

 

 

Student have higher expectations than I gave them credit for. Being minfdul of students anxieties when entering into a program. Knowlng this, keeping it in mind, and doing something to ally their fears. 

 

I  understand now it is Okay to post lecture material as it allows student to go back and seek clarification. I  like that this porstion of the learning demonstrated the "at home" is the lecture while the "homework" is the in class material. Again, knowing this I  will be begin to transition to having more activities, role playing, or discussions in class and posting "lecture" in the LMS we use.
