It's very important to learn any up to date documents due to any potential changes that may occur. Accurate information is crucial.

I've learned that understanding all programs is key. Being able to answer any questions for the students what the program includes is grand help and looks great upon the institution. 

I have learned from this module the importance of having a checklist before going ahead with a task. It's important to understand the policies and requirements to fulfill students needs successfully.

In this module, I learned the importance about the admissions process and policies to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. I will apply this by following the procedures to provide prospective students with correct information.
