I love the 4 Cs especially the one related to Creativity.  If you are truly conducting a thorough interivew you will iun ov ef something that nis not related to the Admissions fequirements.  We use a Student Success Plan.  The rep is tasked to come up with something not related to the Admissions requirements to task  the applicnat to complete that would benefit them. . 

• I agree with utilizing techniology automated text or emails for appointmetn confirmations.   Listening for the emoltional hot buttons will allow you to get past the surface objections to discover the real objection or why they did not show.  If you cusomize your appointment set you will have more shows.

Customizing your approach and being in the moment I believe is essential to providing the potentail studnet with a great experience.

I like the aspect of the new hook.  Technology has changed the recruiting process.  I agree that you have to truly develop a rapport with your perspective studnt.  As we say get to thre real WHy and then customize your conversation to address the needs of the inquireer.
