Implementing the standards of customer service excellence is the key, and practicing it with each person at each step along their journey creates consistency.

I see the importance of every interaction with the students from the phone calls and texts, to the personal interaction and follow up. All of it is important all along the way. I intend to be more conscious of each interaction, knowing it will affect each person individually.

I like the line about a company looking big, yet giving the personal experience. I feel that we offer a valuable service...education... with a family feel. That is what many of our customer/students latch on to immediately. They feel at home here. Based on the course information so far, it sounds like this is very important to buyers in this day and age.

I learned so much during the course. I am a brand new admissions rep, although I have done this before years ago at another post-secondary school. My plan is to make some flashcards with appropriate verbiage for the many aspects of my communication with prospective students. This will help me learn the compliant way to present the information.

It is important to know the guidelines surrounding communication via phone, text, and email, especially DNC rules.

It is important to know the cost in detail of each program, graduation rates, and placement rates, so I can accurately address questions on each of these topics. Also, I believe it will be helpful to know the occupations for each program.

Compliance is very important. As an Admission Rep , it is my responsibility to give accurate and honest information to prospective students that is not exaggerated. Learning the correct verbiage is crucial to the student, the school, and myself.

This course was a great reminder that we are the example of professionalism for our prospects and students. Our communication, integrity, and intentions create an atmosphere that affects our campus and influences all of those we interact with.
