I am learing the value of helping the student make connections with the course information

The instructor must model effective comunication and hold every student to the code of conduct in relation to communication.  When the code of conduct and the rules of nedicate are esteblished at the beginning of the course, the course should run smooth.  

It is important to assess if the technology tools beign utilizied within the courses are effective or not.  And if not, to find others that are effective.  

Consistency and organization is vital to online learning.  Evaluating the course often is also very important to student learning.

clear, concise feedback is essential.  

Organizations and consistent communicaations is vital!  Students need to know how to navigate the LMS and need access to the instructor when/if they need help

I learned that I must learn my teaching style and then determine which technology tools can enhance my style.  In doing so, I can creat an engaging learning environment for the students.
