I have a digital grading process which seems to work well. I update grades on Sundays so they stay current. My admin has never asked about the grading but I assume they will be good with it.

I found that the pre-tests I have  been using are a good, I use them as a way to assess the course of action I need to take to meet the level of knowledge that my students have prior to the new instruction in order to set a pace and include content they need. 

Glad to know Power Points are a good method but not the only method.  I think I might use flip charts more in the future. especially when students are in teams working on brainstorming projects.

I felt that it was great information, It reassured me that I have been doing the right things for the last three years. It also reminded me that on occasion I might be a bit of the " Drill instructor" Being a police officer for 33 years.  I have changed my instruction style to accommodate a broader spectrum of students.
