I do like the reward system. Posting gold stars and badges of growth are fun for adults too.

To be able to support our students online, we should be able to use Teams or Zoom whichever the campus uses. 

Be aware of every single student. Let them know you are holding space for them.

Campus culture includes the student.

Students can be a reflection of their instructor.

Students love attention. Attention is awareness.

Daycare for children of students seems to be an ongoing issue. It is important to know all issues our students are experiencing.

The 8 stages of problem solving are dynamic, however, all of the stages are based on TRUST between all parties.

I agree with the statement "stress is real, not just a feeling." Great point.
