What strategies has your institution found most effective in ensuring consistency and accuracy in employment verification?

I learned that having clearly defined verification criteria and consistent documentation practices are key to an effective employment verification program. Clear definitions help reduce confusion and ensure accurate reporting. I plan to apply this by reviewing our current policies to ensure that we are aligned on what qualifies as a placement.

In this session, I learned that employment reporting helps schools like mine track student success and improve both campus and online programs. As the Director of Career Services, I strive daily to empower students on their path from enrollment and education to employment.
