I learned the difference between Asynchronous and Syncronous discussions.  And the importance of feedback to the student.  

I have learned approaches to building a healthy and professional relationship with my students, and how to make my presence known through online learning. 

I have learned that it is imperative that I familiarize myself with all of the course content.  Make sure that I am always prepared and know all of the information that needs to be taught. Make sure that I am comfortable enough to answer any and all questions.  That I have opened all course components for the class and close them in a timely manner.
