I would say managing student behavior is not that much different than in a live classroom setting. Set the expectations firmly upfront at the beginning and follow through with managing behaviors. I appreciated the reminders of making sure to record and/or save all communications with students.

Very good information was presented regarding how to engage students in discussions and feedback. Has given me things to think about for when I do have to teach online.

I do not think I woud have thought of including a biography of my credentials. 

I have never taught an online course so am taking this to get some guideance and hear from experienced educators. I have not used an online calendar with students so am interested in learning more about that.
