The recognizion of the different types of learners is helpful in e-learning environment as well. 

Asynchronous discussions are key to get high participation rates. Providing feedback to students increases engaging and class participation as well. 

It's critical to know how to build trust, respect, and authory in the e-learning environment.

My plan is to apply as much as possible all these listed techniques and stratetigies to reach a comfortable level with the e-learning environment 

There is a large number of expectives  in the e-learning envirtonment. The role and responsibilities of instructors are the same as the traditional teaching environment, but the interacting platform is very different. Instructors must be familiar with the the use of technology to delivery a high quality class.
