This module shows you how to handle students with disciplinary issues and how to approach the issue in front and during class. 

I enjoyed learning about the four styles of classroom management and the ways to identify each.It def gives reflection of what type of instructor you will be and will not be while teaching your students.

Be prepared,organized,and great with student engagement.Don't do long lectures,instead do shorter lectures around 10-15 minutes.Make sure to be engaging and very informative during the lectures.

Give brief introduction of yourself,get to know your students,and welcome students with a smile to make them feel comfortable and welcomed.

This course was very informative !!!I've learned  the three major roles instructors play such as being a model, manager and motivator. Also, the skills required to teach such as being technical, professional, and personal. You must remain a teacher-student relationship, showing you care and motivating them with encouragement. Know your subject, be organized, and on time.
