Attitude, people skills, sales skills and product knowledge are tools we can use to connect with people effectively. 

I learned to utilize the respect, rephrase, and reflect method.

This module taught me how to listen effectively, respond appropriately, read body language, ask questions to clarify, and seek common ground. 

This course helped teach me the different methods of communication and how to handle each method. How to prepare for the "weaknesses" of each method and how to better prepare my overall communication.
