should multi colors be used in a class room or should just one color be used
it is always a challenge to teach a student that does not understand what you are atlking about or even what the words that were spoken mean. So i ahve over time tryed to find another student to mentor them as mush as possible, with taking care not to create a problem with the other students in the class, for they may think I as the instructor am letting them get away with talking during class. So there is a fine line that has to be followed and the students need to understand this.
it is always a good iead to make the whole room the area to lecture in and it gives you a way of seeing how the students are reacting to what is being said as well as seeing what they are doing. I also give them a short break like tell a joke or asking them what they think about the topic.

when testig student in a trade it is very helpfull to use multi choice questions and a few true false one mixed in That way you can see how well a student understands what he or she has learned. I don't think it would be wise to use essay test in this type of learning for the vast answers that can be given and still be the right for the questions given even if key words are not used.

we can all see differnt ways of looking at student and how they are doing. But we all have the same goal in mind, getting them to understand what we are trying to teach them. How we go about it will always very, but look at the whole, to see if you need to change something in what or how you do it to get them to understand the material.

I have found that when starting the class each day it helps to recover the day before at the start. That way each student has an idea of what they need to review for themseleves or to ask questions on what they are unsure of.
There are some students that will not say or even engage in the qeuestions being ask no matter how you put it or they will just say I don't know. How does one get to them?
I have found that even asking the class as a whole it does not get all involved so I started asking each student somehting that was covered or even sometimes more than one question. I have even asked other students if they can help the student with the question, is this a good way to get the students involved with the questions being asked or should I leave it with an open floor when asking or covering the material that was in the lesson?

every student is different and learning how to approuch each one is a challenge in it's own way. Sometimes they will not even give you a chance to help them so trying to find ways is always a interresting.

No matter how hard we try to give ever type of learner what they need to progress it not always easy. I teach auto electrical and it is not easy coming up with a visual aid to show how things work, so using the studentsas a training aid helps to work.
