Technology is a great tool to help students and instructors learn more about the subject and also find more ways to learn topics easily. 

I learned that clear expectations and boundaries will help instructors manage and direct the class. 

Organized and well structured class is beneficial for students and will guide them properly how to prepare and be successful in class. 

I believe that it is very helpful to understand and know your students/audience and their prior knowledge about the subject. It gives us an idea how to approach the class.  It will also help us know what topics we need to focus on and how to build on their knowledge.
