I've learned that effective lesson planning is not just about content coverage but also about maximizing every minute of classroom time.

I'll proactively plan and ensure instructional time is not wasted but verify students remain engaged and challenged throughout the entire classroom period, and most importantly in any case keep extra material prepared for lessons that may have additional time.

In this topic I've learned, to maintain students focused and we must have several different ideas or solutions to resolve certain situations (talkers) and (non-talkers).

I'll set clear expectations early, using time limits, structure the class format or groups and providing private positive feedback.

In this topic I've learned we must set realistic expectations for the students, when teaching or discussing new topics, we must stay within the basics; too much information leads to confusion or jumping into another topic.

I'll present the material thoroughly, have an open discussion for all students to participate in. Use that as an opportunity to engage more and use any methods necessary to promote learning.

I've learned that understanding student characteristics and goals before diving into the academic material, knowledge retention is far greater than expected. 
Applying more effort on identifying student's background, career goals and aspirations, I can effectively integrate activities to help grow their skills and accomplish diverse learning methods. 

I learned that to deliver effective course content that keeps students engaged, it is essential to break down complex procedures into manageable steps and incorporate a variety of instructional methods. Students respond well to diverse delivery styles.

I will apply it by tailoring instructional methods, which promote deeper understanding and maintain enthusiasm for learning. 

What I learned was in order to have a welcoming environment, students must feel comfortable and find a supportive instructor so they may express themselves. 

I'd apply by having an engaging atmosphere that encourages participation, builds confidence and assures every student that success is within reach through effort therefore we must be there to support everyone.

What I've learned from this topic is that it is imperative to follow the syllabus however make it your own. Develop a strategic plan with the essentials, structure it with clarity and have flexibility in order to tackle any situation and follow guidelines. 

This module helped me understand the basic and fundamentals are extremely important. For example, display professionalism by having all material ready before class begins, being on time is important which demonstrates all students they have support.

I intend to be well prepared, stay motivated, foster a positive environment, follow all guidelines, and actively promote a meaningful and engaging learning experience.
