asking questions isnt the only important part, it's how you ask the question or engage people that really matters and keeps the class flowing.

not only should you be adaptive to the different learning styles but incorporating each different style into your lesson is key

motivate students by incorporating your own personal work experiences and stories into their learning so they understand that everything they learn with you transfers to the real world 

by learning who the student is youre able to cater the learning for them, 

stick to the curriculum but make it your own, have fun with it and the students will mirror your vibe 

a students comfortability directly correlates with how well they will learn in your class 

students might learn differently from other students, you have to be prepared for all styles. Lectures, problems based learning, demonstrations. All must be adapted by you in order to ensue the information is getting across to the student and the only way to do that is to prepare. 

students are nervous and scared on their first day. It's your job as the instructor to not only ease any tension but create a safe, fun, relaxing environment so they ca learn the subject comfortably 

students need structure to succeed, however you need structure as well in order to deliver the required material in a way that's relatable to students. 

Students use you as a model on how they should act in their perspective careers.
